Manou Wittneven is Senior Business Development Manager and holds many different roles at Pfannenberg. In her role as "agile Coach" she is responsible for the agile transition of innovation processes as well as the impementation of OKR as method for global strategy roll-out.
Besides her M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering Manou Wittneven has extensive certification as an Agile Coach and Business Coach, among others. She looks back on profound experience in (agile) cross-functional project management, gained leadership experience in Industrial Engineering and has a strong proven background in Lean Production.
