Hi, I’m a senior agilist (Scrum Alliance, SAFe 5.1 RTE) with a background in a start-up, a bank, an e-commerce agency and change communication. I bring over 10 years’ worth of experience in supporting go-to-market efforts and coaching teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Over that time working with teams on all types of projects, something became apparent: I often thought that I understood how the team dynamics worked and made decisions considering that understanding. As a result, my decisions were not optimal. I became fascinated with professionalizing the approach to understanding the real dynamics within teams. I developed a repeatable data-gathering method that reveals the real collaboration structure in teams. The rich data then lends itself to actions that measurably improve cooperation. Result: a more engaged and efficient team; and better decision making by the team leader. I’m excited to share with you at the Agile Pep Minds event more about this method, which I call a Team’s Social Network Analysis. You will walk away with knowledge on this method, and the skills to apply it. See you there!
The Pop in YourJob:
I consider myself a creative agilist, with the luxury to work on a diverse set of projects. Every project is akin to a puzzle that requires a different approach. Often creativity for finding new and better ways to get to the end-result gets rewarded. This translates into an increasing body of methods, tools and approaches to deploy in different constellations. It is a rewarding experience! It is my luck then to work with IBM iX and many like-minded colleagues. As part of IBM, our agency gets to focus on the customer-facing experience that our clients and partners strive for. Our projects vary from consulting on the experience strategy and underlying solution architecture, to implementing in partnership with our customers exciting technologies like Client Data Platforms with real-time multi-channel event feedback and cutting-edge e-commerce solutions. And everything in between.
